This is the first album Residente releases as a soloist. The whole project was done based on a DNA test Residente did. Based on the results he traveled through 11 countries looking for inspiration and sounds to include in this project called “Residente”. Before the release of the album, Residente said the following: “Rappers talk about themselves and that’s boring.
