My most personal and emotionally-driven collection of work to date, Regression is a concept album I made about my personal insecurities and, more specifically, my personal struggle with regression and abandoning responsibilities in the face of anxiety attacks. The tracks are made to detail the process in which I undergo during episodes of regression, effectively letting everyone know what a pathetic and emotionally unstable human being I am.
