All the tracks on this album are in the order they were written. "Raw" was decided on as the album name because of the lack of effects on any of the songs. All music on the album was written note by note by the artist, without the use of any pre-made cut and paste loop programs. The song Penguin was inspired by a toy penguin owned by the artist, and the song Oceans of Vega was inspired by a digital fractal image created by the artist.
