1. Debut noise-rock EP from Massachusetts duo. released on June 1, 2010. 2. Pony Bones, the album, is the first EP release by the band Pony Bones, which is based in Easton Maryland. The album reflects a broad range of influences from the Indie-country tinged "Into the Fire", through the Decembrist- like "Icebreaker" to the synth-laced "All Night Benders" that is reminiscent of Vampire Weekend's most dance-worthy tunes. And if that were not enough variety, you have tasty cello parts weaving in and out of arrangements that are accented with sweet vocal harmonies. What more could you ask for? Shea Springer always delivers with his natural, unaffacted vocal style, and the lyrics are sure to paint a mental picture that will leave you thinking about the songs long after you have heard them. Listen carefully, and you will want to listen again. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
