First released October 27, 1992 by Nuclear Blast on CD, regular 12" vinyl, & Picture Disc vinyl. The vinyl editions have a bonus track, a new version of Deathevocation. Cover artwork by Zeta Lorentzon and Henrik Wiman. Crucified Jesus on the back cover by Zeta Lorentzon, Henrik Wiman and P. E. Eriksson. This EP was very quickly recorded and produced in a couple days at Sunlight studios during a short break from their tour. In 2005, Regain Records re-issued the CD as a digipak with Torn Apart, and 8 live tracks recorded in 1993. Candlelight Records USA released this edition as a jewel case for the US market and CD-Maximum released it for the Russian market.
