Phobia is Patient's third album. Released by Deadknife Records on July 15, 2008. Guitar on Like Cold Hands by Kevin Hites. Download album at http://www.patientmusic.com SYNOPSIS: Funny how the mind can play tricks on you. For example, in total darkness your eyes begin to see things that are not there. So you shut them, you close them tight in hope that these apparitions will go away. But then your ears come into play, hearing things. So you cover your ears and hum to drown out the sounds of things not there. But then you feel your flesh crawling, like hands grabbing, pinching, tugging at you. At this point, you smell the urine you've just expelled and taste the bile rising up your throat. You cannot trust your senses. Leave it up to the mind to create your greatest fears. But not all fears are produced by the mind, although sometimes it may seem that way. Like a voice inside your head. You think, this voice knows me well so it must be a creation of my own mind, right? But what if it's not? But that cannot be, you say. Monsters and demons do not exist. There is no boogieman. There is no creature that goes bump in the night, right? That's how you reason things, right? And yet, in total darkness you cower and hide under bed sheets. You hide from the things you tell yourself do not exist. You hide because you know you're wrong.
