The title comes from joining the words Pagode and Dark. The word Pagode represents a popular music style in Salvador, and Dark represents the influence from Rock music. The songs come from a deeper thought into developing a style that could represent well this dichotomy. Lyrics are touching themes of underground music, resistance, unheard voices, and defiance against mainstream control. An international deep dive into culture and music from Salvador. Even though the tracks come from a darker and tense reality, the message on the lyrics try to connect with the listener in order to make the mind stronger to engage critical thinking and have spiritual respect.
