This album combines hip hop and jazz together, the type of music you can listen to at work and won't fall asleep. Often when you listen to jazz albums the songs tends to sound alike, this project is the exception. It's like going on a journey. There are a variety of sounds from the sax, guitar, trumpet and even a violin. There isn't too many albums that as different instruments taking the lead from song to song. Also there are a variety of sound from mid ninties hip hop to reggae . Tekk Allstarz did a great job on this one. This album is like Yesterday's New Quinet, Christian Scott, Dub Fx, Robert Glasper, Marcus Johnson and the Jazz Liberatorz all mixed together. The Album was released January 2010.
