this album was written and performed entirely on an iphone. the experiment was not about "what can i do within the technological limitations of a phone." the more interesting idea, the one that made it worth doing, was "what happens to the songwriting and song producing experience when it takes place in the noise and chaos of everyday life, instead of within a quiet, hermetically sealed studio environment?"
