Lyric-wise, "No Regrets" takes the listener on a relatable pilgrimage through the nostalgia of young lust through the end of existence, the perils of addiction, the life of a touring musician, unrequited love and much more. Especially notable throughout the album are the pristine harmonies, rarely found on today's 'rock' releases. Trick Pistol spent a notable amount of time and energy crafting memorable melodies in their songs and it shows.
