Nightmare Anatomy is the second full-length album by the post-hardcore band Aiden. As of November 1, 2006 the album has sold nearly 125,000 units in the United States. To most fans, this is the most well know album from the group. 3 singles were released, "Knife Blood Nightmare", followed by "The Last Sunrise", and finally "Die Romantic". This album has received mixed reviews, with most criticism coming from the starts of the album with no intro, packing all 3 singles as the first 3 tracks (making casual listeners uninterested in the rest of the album), and the overall status of either Love it, Hate it comments. The Japan release contains a Bonus DVD with Interviews, music videos and extra video material.
