The Axe That Chopped The Cherry Tree's second release, Moon Window Water, was released twice; once in a paper sleeve with the band and album's name simplistically printed on it, with a card inside on which was the track listing and the other was released with color cover art in a jewel case. The original release of this album contains a song not found on the second, titled "Of White and Blue." The original release also does not have two of the songs on the other release. The differences between the re-masterings of the other songs released on both versions are mostly academic. Perhaps the most notable is added production during the segue into the final track, The Black Box.
