Many Pieces is the fifth album by Every Little Thing released on March 19, 2003. It sold 526,542 copies and reached #1 on the Oricon charts. The album showed many changes in ELT's music in that Mochida has been experimenting with a new higher pitch in terms of vocals and that ELT's music itself has changed from heavy synth-pop to rock. The album also includes singles "Jump," "Kiwoku," "Sasayakana Inori," "Untitled 4 Ballads,"and "Grip." Some of the songs have commercial tie-in with major brands.
