Manifesto is the fourth studio album from American rapper, and Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck. The album was released on March 23, 2010. Manifesto will feature guest appearances from Raekwon, Cappadonna, Termanology, Cormega, Kurupt, Planet Asia, Fes Taylor, Carlton Fisk and Billy Danze. The first single from the album, titled The Champion was released on February 24, 2010. Originally, the album was slated to be called Resident Patient II, a sequel to his 2006 album The Resident Patient; when a mixtape entitled Resident Patient II leaked in 2008 that was not the actual product, featuring original material alongside freestyles over other songs, Deck changed the name of the project and is still planning to release his final album under the name The Rebellion.
