LOVE LASTS FOREVER is the title for Destroy Lonely’s sophomore studio album, following up his May 2023 debut studio album, If Looks Could Kill. An apparent tracklist for the album was posted by Lone’s girlfriend Ayisha Mia in a now-deleted Instagram story on August 17, 2023. 13 tracks were visible in the photo with very small portions of 7 song titles showing. Then on September 29, 2023, Destroy Lonely took to Tumblr confirming the album’s name, simply stating: Love Last Forever He would then tweet out the same post on February 21, 2024, alluding to the release of the album. Then on March 17, 2024, Lone would take to Twitter announcing that he would be dropping new music in April 2024, hinting on beginning the album’s rollout. On April 5, 2024, Destroy Lonely would release a new website titled lovelastforever.us, which would be the official website for this album, to which it includes lots of pictures and videos of the making behind the album. Shortly after, Lone would announce that he would be dropping something (most likely new music) on May 10, 2024, scrapping the April release. On April 27, 2024, Destroy Lonely’s close producer Lil 88 took to Twitter alluding fans that Love Last Forever would not be the official title of the project.
