CDX / Tiger Village is Tim Thornton, who has previously released music on Orange Milk, Hausu Mountain, and his own Suite 309 label. First making an appearance on Doom Mix Vol. III, CDX returns to Doom Trip with a full length release. On Lion Cuts, Thornton has assembled a collection of tracks that find him focused and energetic. There is an undeniable aura of joy around the album, though moments of chaos and aggression exist as well.
