Many songs were actually ready in 2006-2007 but recordings didn't start until autumn 2007. It was summer 2008 when this demo-album was released. It created different opinions but still received a positive welcome overall. It contains mostly semi-speedy rock/punk songs but a few sentimental ballads have slipped in also.
