like Phobia or Agathocles, F.U.B.A.R. are among a lot of bands moving away from the over processed, fast and emotionally dull music that has stifled some acts for years. Theirs is a loose raw sound & their punky grind sometimes sounds a touch shambolic but there’s a lot of passion and genuine feeling on these 22 songs.Riffs are fierce and there’s some incredibly catchy hooks – ‘Let Them Control’ and some of the songs develop and progress with some depth which was unexpected – the 4 minute ‘The Demon Rose From Greed’ for one.
