Kameni Cvjetovi is a final studio album by the Bosnian rock band Indexi, released in 1999 under the label Croatia Records. This track was one of the band's final album featuring their iconic lead singer Davorin Popović, who had already been exploring his solo career by this time. Known for their pioneering blend of rock, progressive rock, and Yugoslav folk influences, Indexi crafted "Kameni Cvjetovi" as a poignant reflection of resilience and beauty within a war-torn region. The song was produced with contributions from key members and notable producers. Slobodan "Bodo" Kovačević (guitarist) and Ranko Rihtman (keyboardist) arranged the track, blending melodic layers with progressive rock elements and traditional folk undertones. Renowned Yugoslav producers Željko Broćić and Đorđe Novković also contributed, enriching the song’s emotive soundscape. "Kameni Cvjetovi" was met with critical acclaim in both Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with listeners appreciating its lyrical depth and haunting melodies, which resonated strongly with the cultural and emotional landscape of the time. The song became emblematic of Indexi's enduring legacy, symbolizing both the band’s and Popović's influence on the music scene in the former Yugoslavia. Following the release, the band performed sporadically due to Popović's declining health. His passing in 2001 marked the end of Indexi, as members felt the band could not continue without his defining voice. User-contributed text is available
