Jurassic Park III is a score of the film of the same name. Composed by Don Davis and performed by the Hollywood Studio Orchestra, this fast paced, action score was composed late in the film's post-production. Some of John Williams' themes from the previous films are also featured. Jurassic Park /// features the original themes by John Williams as the main theme for the music. A shorter version of the "Main Theme" from Jurassic Park was composed and retitled "Brachiosaurus on the Bank". Shorter strains of the "Main Theme" from Jurassic Park are heard continuously throughout the film, similar to the previous two in this respect. The "Main Theme" from Jurassic Park was actually supposed to be featured as the finale theme for the film but due to pacing it was revised to the "Brachiosaurus on the Bank" version. However the credits did feature it's climax. Similarly, the "Journey to the Island" theme from Jurassic Park, dubbed by fans as the "Island Fanfare", was also featured. However it was shortened and retitled "Dinosaur Fly By" and the full version of the "Island Fanfare" isn't heard until the credits. Don Davis also composed a new theme from Jurassic Park /// which was supposed to recreate the mending relationship between Paul and Eric Kirby.
