about this album

jamz is the 3rd release from the Californian artist bappy, representing her emotional high and low of emotions throughout the process of this mixtape, defining it as the "blu sound". After the release of HAVIN FUN', jamZ was first created as a low effort project to motivate bappy to get back to music, as she was severely demotivated, seen in musictherapy 2-3. Overtime, however, bappy got more and more ambitious ideas to further the tape, causing it to be worked on constantly till release. jamZ mostly breaks away from the traditional sound of her 2 previous projects, the elevator and HAVIN' FUN, and incorporates singing and rapping in most tracks, talking about either silly things, and getting the bag, like THE MONEY SPOKE: HERES WHAT IS SAID, to describing his lows, and struggling mentally, like in shoot4thaStarZ.
