"Jackson vs Oasis" is a concept mash-up album based around using samples exclusivley from the work of artists The Jackson 5 and Oasis. It was started by BigBadBaz in 2003 when he created the track "I want your Wonderwall". The track was a mash-up between the Jackson 5 track "I want You Back" and the Oasis track "Wonderwall". Since then Baz went on to create many tracks using just both of those artists. In 2009, with Michael Jackson's "This is It" tour set to start, Baz decided to put together an entire album including all of these tracks together. Upon hearing of Michael Jackson's death Baz decided to release what he had created. The original plan had been to release upon the start of the concert dates but since these were obviously canceled it was pulled foward.
