"Issues" is the fourth studio album by American nu metal band Korn, released on November 16, 1999, through Immortal and Epic Records. The album was supported by the Sick and Twisted Tour throughout 2000. It has been recognized in later years on several lists of notable nu metal releases. Recording discussions for the album described its music as more simplified and heavier, with stronger grooves compared to the band’s more recent previous work. Prior to release, Korn made the track "Falling Away from Me" available as a free MP3 download on their website, encouraging fans to spread a chain email; for each person who signed the accompanying guestbook, the band pledged donations to the charities Childhelp USA and Children of the Night, ultimately raising over $250,000. "Issues" was issued with multiple alternate album covers, four of which were designed by fans as part of an MTV contest; additional limited edition versions featured other unique artwork. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, selling 575,000 copies in its first week, and received triple platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in December 1999. By 2003, it had sold over 3.2 million copies in the United States; by 2023, estimated worldwide sales reached around 13 million. Three songs from the album were released as singles: "Falling Away from Me", "Make Me Bad", and "Somebody Someone". "Falling Away from Me" reached number eight on the Bubbling Under Hot 10
