Released in 1998, this all acoustic first solo record from J Scott Bergman was recorded in his bedroom using an ADAT machine and a microphone. It was created during a frustrating time when JSB was in the middle of making another record with his former band under the name of Something Iris. The band had studio time postponed and could not finish recording until several months later. This left the artist with time on his hands and access to a great recording studio in the dead of night. He mixed this record in secret late night sessions and ended up with this collection of imperfect yet cohesive tracks, the title of the album derived from the traffic noise audible on some of the songs.
