Insidious is the fifth full-length studio album by Greek melodic death metal band Nightrage. It was released on September, 26th in Europe and on September, 27th in North America through German record label Lifeforce Records. The Japanese version of the album includes a cover of Def Leppard's "Photograph". The lyrics on "Wrapped in Deceitful Dreams" reference Exhumation's Seas of Eternal Silence (1997), and/or may also refer to the Sweet Vengeance (2003) song "At the Ends of the Earth". Insidious is the first and only Nightrage album in the band's history to feature the same line up as the previous album, Wearing a Martyr's Crown (2009).
