Released April 2009, cover art by Rachel Higgins. Inhuman was created to examine extreme metal as a genre. The genre sometimes seems to emphasize technique over content, or athletics over aesthetics. When live musicians are taken out of the equation, the audience experience undoubtedly changes. Inhuman is an album of music inspired by progressive metal artists like Cynic and Meshuggah, but performed entirely by a computer.
