Released in September 2015. Eye of Horus have been ravaging the Canadian countryside since 2011 and, in 2013 releasing their debut EP Suffer Eternity. With 2015's Infernal Calling they wanted to make the atmosphere darker, the production heavier, the lumbering riffs slower and the blastbeats quicker. Exploring uncharted lyrical ideas that yearn to push the envelope for their brutality while still remaining catchy. Infernal Calling is a loose concept album. Each song deals with a character who decides to forsake decency, convention and piety and give in to primal, barbaric and often pure evil temptations, to heed the Infernal Call. The final song, the title track, is where all of their stories coalesce into one. A foulest ode to the dark within us all.
