Divided into four parts, this piece was commissioned by the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival in 2005 as a site-specific work, performed and recorded in the local town hall. Schaefer himself cites this as his favourite solo album, and it certainly takes in the breadth of his recorded work over the course of its hour-long duration. All manner of instruments were used for the piece: piano, organ and clarinet as well as turntable-derived textures - key sonic components of virtually all Schaefer's work.
