First issued as a 6" through Level Plane Records in March of 1999, then repressed as a 7" in May of 2000. The original 6" version was limited to 666 copies, 25 of which came packaged in special covers that were sold during a release show the band did. The first 99 copies of the 6" came with fake blood pills and were hand numbered. The 7" variant were packaged with the same art as the special release show versions of the 6" and were limited to 200 translucent red copies.
