HOMESICK – a free-EP with six songs between new school PunkRock and Melodic Hardcore. One year after the successful debut-album “State of Fear” ((BSC/Rough Trade)) the five guys from Munich immured themselves in their do-it-yourself Equalies-Studios to record an EP with six new songs. Homesick reflects the emotional world of Punchers Plant: Torn between the everyday- and the bandlife, agitated with anxiety about the future, misunderstood in the own generation and discontent with the political conditions. Music and lyrics on HOMESICK merge into a social criticism on a very personal level. The idea of this free-EP is on the one hand to get as many people as possible in contact with the music and is on the other a big thank you to all the people who have supported the band over the years.
