holding words is the debut EP by honor ash, released on July 18th 2025. It was recorded with Jason Baldock at The Crunch, Great Yarmouth, using just one vintage ribbon microphone. The promotional photos associated with the release were taken by Maisie Radley at The Church, Norwich. holding words was written and recorded over the course of a year. It has nine tracks, four of which are poems. All of the tracks are lyric-driven and use poetic imagery heavily, often to talk about community, care, love, connection, trust and heartbreak.
