From Wikipedia: Headlight Dreams is a studio album by South African singer-songwriter Steve Louw, produced by Kevin Shirley, and recorded at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, US. The album was released on 7 May 2021. A single off the album, Wind in Your Hair, was released on 16 April 2021 and had 128 733 streams on Spotify within less than six weeks. Since 1984 Louw has released two albums with his band All Night Radio and six with his band Big Sky, but Headlight Dreams is his first solo album release. Louw wrote all 10 songs on the album. Louw has said that the songs were inspired by his thoughts and insights during a 8,000-km motorcycle journey around Southern Africa. Stephen Thomas Erlewine wrote that Louw used his 'past and shared experiences and personal insights' to create songs that are 'simultaneously personal and universal'.
