“Gym Class” is a single by Lil Peep released on March 30, 2016. The track was produced by Brobak, a frequent collaborator with Peep. The song touches on high school nostalgia, drug usage, and shaky relationships. The cover art features Inari Fushimi, the main character of Japanese manga series Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. The song, along with “Star Shopping” and others, had been taken down from YouTube and Soundcloud following Lil Peep’s death due to Brobak sampling an instrumental that had been copyrighted beforehand. However, many fans had saved the songs and started reuploading them to the sites. After settling issues with the sample on April 11, 2019, “Gym Class” was officially uploaded to streaming services.
