Margarita is the name for many of my female ancestors ... It is also name which is mystically connected in my life with Bulgakov' "Master and Margarita". There are several legend in my family about different Margaritas - my ancestors, like one which my aunt told me - that woman who was the only love of Goethe but married another man, was our (my) straight ancestor and Goethe wrote about her in two books "Faust" and "The Sorrows of Young Werther". From Goethe "Faust" she came to Bulgakov' "Master and Margarita" (This book probably more important for russian psyche than Crime and Punishment or War and Peace all russian know it - in two words it a story of artist and his love (Margarita) destroyed by blind, cold and greedy people who have power and influence, even in the "Art" world and saved by love and ...
