Black Taboo does not need an introduction in Québec City anymore. After 10 years of notorious controversy, Au nom du pad et du vice in 2003 and Crosse-toé ça rend sourd in 2007, the group is finally back with a third album: Gold Tits City. Now working with locally famous label P572, Black Taboo are pushing themselves in bold new directions musically and lyrically. The production is loud and proud, but also poignant and bouncy, always hinting at some looming menace. High kings of bad taste deliver unexpected masterwork.
