"Glow" is Alice Phoebe Lou’s third studio album, published on March 19, 2021, independently. The album is Lou’s first release since Paper Castles in 2019, and appears different from her previous records. In Glow, Lou mainly sings about love – something she used to avoid –, giving for the first time a full presentation of her inwardness and sub-concious, as she tries to convey her deepest emotions in sung words and sweet melodies, exclusively registered on tape. The record was announced during an Instagram live on October 25, 2020, and two tracks were released before the album drop, chronologically “Dusk” and “Dirty Mouth”.
