Self titled album "Gavern" starts off with the refreshing and relaxing, cool temperature "Remembrance", a temperate introduction to the music that builds up to a heavy background bass and a rolling beat that climbs and earths itself. Followed by "One Night in My Dream" a new age sounding waltz like melody that has deep vocals describing the dream of a young man being visited by himself in an older age, it also makes reference to the Seven Seas or perhaps seven wonders of the world. One Night in My Dream gives us a first glimpse of the experimental background layering, if only so softly. The hook song, "A Simple Way" is third on the album, a young, innocent and playful song about a love lost, perhaps a breakup. The melody is happy, flowing, California beach style synth beat that has a catchy "He was the one who ride with me..." chorus. Bathing in his youth again, Gavern introduces us to his fourth track, "We Were Young", an edited version that contains a speech like intro followed by the original album version. We We Young is unique and original in its vocal structure. Deep soaring vocals bath in almost childlike background layers, giving an effect of youthfulness and hence the title. The song, although somewhat short has a wonderful, driving climax in the final chorus. The rock/ Indie style music composition sets this song in motion to appeal to many a crowd, a song we hope to see performed live one day. An instrumental is next followed by "Galileo My Friend" which has an awe
