about this album

A fourth annual Winter offering of various musings and ruminations. Created Winter 2011 - 2012. Enjoy these and play these if they float your particular vessel. Freely available for non - commercial use only. credits released 04 February 2012 All tunes composed and played by Will Riding By way of explanation... Wanderlust - A little tune that evolved over time, and which includes me using a piano for the first time... A journey into August - A tribute to the backwoods of West Lancs where I spent many hours in the summer holidays out exploring the countryside... rural adventures featured heavily in 70s children's TV so this is the theme to a series that never was... A change in the weather – A reworking of a tune that I wrote to commemorate that Christmas day when peace broke out in the trenches during WW1. It hugely inspires my belief that in its rawest state, man is capable of good acts in the worst circumstances. A hugely inspiring story that I never tire of hearing and, world peace is not just for Christmas, right? Sleeping Gi
