“Formentera” is the eighth studio album by Canadian alternative rock band Metric. It was released on July 8, 2022, through Metric Music International/Thirty Tigers. The album title’s name was revealed in the description for the music video of the lead single “All Comes Crashing.” The album is slated for a July 2022 release. The album is named after an island in Spain which the band presumably wrote the album during their stay there.
