The second independent album by alternative metal band FLAW, released on December 13, 1998. Released only in the Louisville, KY area, the CD has become extremely rare as it is out of print. It is known as "the paper CD" to fans. The album showcases a much heavier sound than those featured in future releases. The songs Amendment, Disgusted, and Independence were rerecorded from the band's previous effort, American Arrogance, while Amendment and Scheme were rerecorded for Through the Eyes in 2001. Fall Into This is going to be rerecorded for FLAW's upcoming album. It was released on the independent label Rabid Janitor/JLM Records. The track listing is not a typo, the tracks are styled in this way in the liner notes and rear cover.
