Designerbabies' first EP FAVOURITE ENEMY was recorded at Voodoo Lounge Studios by engineer Jasper Irnt (Flemming Rasmussen, Greg Kurstin, Coolio, Lily Allen, Pink) and mastered by Sam John (Maximo Park, Aphex Twin, Chemical Brothers, Pendulum). FAVOURITE ENEMY has lots of energy reaching a good balance between upfront rawness and laid back musicality. Using electronic sounds and beats DESIGNERBABIES add a new dimension to rock. Jelle IJsbrandy describes the album’s name as referred to London. “Our favourite enemy is in a way this city. It fascinates you but at the same time it makes you sick. It’s a love and hate affair.
