After high anticipation since lead single “Henny & Reefer” was released in April, 2021, Chillinit releases his studio project of 2021 Family Ties. The 21 track LP features high diversity in the artist’s work, including nine feature artists and new styles of singing, mixing, and flow. Chillinit also returns to fan-loved tracks and styles, with a part 2 to two song’s found in his 2018 hit album, Women Weed & Wordplay. Over 6 months after “Henny & Reefer”’s release, the album was then more prominently lead by “Susan’s Son”, “Bad Santa” and lastly “Cashed Out Stoner”. “Susan’s Son” was most notable of the three, bringing heavy campaigning and traction for the album’s family concept. As of he album’s release on the 26th of November, 2021, the artist planned a live performance and meet & greet the afternoon of the same day, at 4:20pm.
