Arguably her most experimental album to date, "Elephant Waltz" is Shira E's 2nd solo release, recorded on Audacity, with most songs written on-the-fly, in session; it ranges from the bubbly to the transcendent, the overflowing to the bare. "Elephant Waltz" is filled with toy pianos and toy accordions, intricate and layered sound landscapes, and sweet ballads. Spontaneous, inviting, intimate.
