about this album

an experimental retelling of my first experience with sleep paralysis since early childhood. a vivid dream that evolves into numb alertness, fear, panic, uncertainty, and finally peace. wanted to do something a little different after over a year of inactivity. i think it's kinda neat how even the scary stuff can drive you forward. first attempt at a gapless album. track synopses nested in lyrics if you like bad writing! thank you.
