The Callous Daoboys - "Die On Mars" (6/21/19) is a 3 way release between Dark Trail Records (CD), Acrobat Unstable (12" vinyl), and Pattern Recognition Records (cassette). It was produced, engineered and mixed by Cory Bautista (who also plays cello on the album) and was mastered by Jesse Cannon. The album also features guest appearances from Jason Sherman of Dead Empires, Sarah Rose of Sarah and the Safeword, saxophonist Rich Castillo, and Johnny Hendrix on vocals and piano. The album was premiered a day early on 6/20/19 by the online publication, Metal Injection, and repressed on CD by Dark Trail Records after selling out a few weeks following the release. The album was well received by other online publications, such as Exclaim, Heavy Blog Is Heavy, Mathcore Index (it should be noted vocalist Carson Pace is also a correspondent for Mathcore Index), and a number of other smaller publications and podcasts.
