Deep Space is the eleventh single from Dante Tomaselli's forthcoming sixth album, HOLY TERROR. The seven-minute outer space nightmare was released by TuneCore on January 31, 2025. "For my new audio composition, DEEP SPACE, I was paying homage to CLOSE ENCOUNTERS and STAR WARS - my boyhood introduction to sci-fi cinema as well as influential synth artists like Greg Hawkes and Jean-Michel Jarre. There's a touch of menace throughout as the listener is stalked relentlessly by an entity that teases and taunts our floating character in outer space (or inner space). It's also an instrumental about imminent death and being dominated by forces you have no control over. The celestial seven-minute track was composed while recovering from spinal surgery and mastered by my long-time sound engineer, Don Olson. UK artist, Simon Pritchard hand-painted the surrealistic, eye-popping cover art," says Tomaselli.
