Deadly Verses is the 1995 album by Memphis gangsta rapper, Gangsta Pat. The album is a 10 track, and features two other Emcee’s: Psycho (who is on two songs on the album) & Tha Villain. In this album, Pat’s style has dramatically changed into a quick pace, hardcore flow (getting the impression for the new pace from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony & hardcore lyrics from Three 6 Mafia). “Deadly Verses”, the first track on the album of the same name, is his most known track from this dope project. It has a hardcore hip-hop feel, like most of the songs on the album. Other great songs include “Smokin With the Devil”, “Pat Is Back”, Mo' Murder & “The Projects”- which all have a heavy bass line.
