Dead Can Dance is the debut album recorded by Dead Can Dance in 1984. This album differs greatly from later Dead Can Dance releases, particularly in terms of ethnic fusion. This album has been at times described as gothic rock, post-punk or ethereal wave. The musicians who performed on this album, as well as the EP, were Brendan Perry, Lisa Gerrard, James Pinker, Peter Ulrich and Scott Rodger. Track listing 1. "The Fatal Impact" β 3:21 2. "Flowers of the Sea" β 3:28 The "Garden of the Arcan Delights" (4 tracks) were also included on the original (United States) cassette release of the self-titled album, printed and included on on "Side B" with the title listing indicating a "space" or segmentation of those four tracks from the first 10 tracks.
