The first long-player from progressive rock'n'roll dandies Lord Byron, following up their debut EP/extended single 'Marionette'. Includes the popular 'Pirate Song', alongside long-time fan favourites, 'Naughty Boy' and 'Ay'da Dans'. Tracks like 'My French Secret' and 'The Deluge' see the group back in progressive mode, contrasted against the foppish 'Gentleman of Easy Fortunes' and pure pop fun of 'Ulysses', the bands high-energy tribute to the childeren's cartoon Ulysses 31, for which it was the opening theme. The thunderously dramatic closing song, 'Reaching the Moon' reiterates the spacey themes and imagery of much of the groups work, and leaves the listener believing in a future where anything is possible.
