Crwn Thy Frnicatr is Psyclon Nine's third studio album, released on October 23, 2006 by US label, Metropolis Records, and on November 10, 2006 by German label, NoiTekk. On the cover of the album, are the words "All those who stand before me shall be judged." Welcome to the futuristic horror world of Psyclon Nine! This band is quite an anomaly within the realms of industrial music. If there was ever such a thing as Black Industrial...this would be the band that truly pioneered that idea, though, some would argue that Midnight Configuration (totaly different kind of band) are the first to explore such a twist. Anyways, Psyclon Nine's Crwn Thy Frnicatr album is dark, heavy-electro, and most of all....brilliant! On This album, Psychlon Nine uses more guitars than on the previous album (INRI), while, remaining consistent to thier evil dancey elements. The electronic sounding drums are likely to have been played by an actual drummer, and the synth sections are complicated and evocative. This is one of the few bands in the modern industrial scene that have created something truly unique and special.
